Overview
Navagio, also called Shipwreck Beach, is a cove on the north-west coast of Zakynthos. A ship ran aground here in 1980 and its wreck still lies on the sand.
The beach is reached only by sea. Check locally whether landing on the beach is allowed, as access has been restricted because of rockfalls.
Best time to visit
