Overview
Pink Sands Beach runs about five kilometres along Harbour Island, off Eleuthera. Tiny shells of foraminifera give the sand its colour.
A reef offshore keeps the water mostly gentle.
Best time to visit
December to May. Hurricane season runs from June to November.
