Overview
Nha Trang is No. 86 in Euromonitor International's Top 100 City Destinations Index 2025. The capital of Khánh Hòa province curves around a wide bay on Vietnam's south-central coast, with islands just offshore.
It is one of Vietnam's best-known beach resorts, with a 6 km beach, seafood restaurants, diving and snorkelling, and ancient Cham temples in the city.

Best time to go
January to August is mostly dry and sunny, with calm seas for boat trips.
The rainy season runs from about September to December, with heavy rain and occasional storms in October and November.
